Movember 2010… Day 6

Home, UK     6 November, 2010     8.30am

Saturday morning, the sun has arisen and the whole day ahead of me. Up early, because so much to do before my travel starts again mid-week.

I love traveling, the different cultures, the different lifestyles, the different foods… yet, people all still have the same needs from life. Intriguing!

Uh oh.. I’m about to go into a topic that I have reserved for another day… I’d be sitting here all day typing it up instead of getting on with what I need to do.

So after yesterday’s Motorbike CBT, headed home to get changed. Seeing as it was Diwali night, had to put some effort into going out. Could not do much about my ‘helmet hair’ so a quick blow dry and styling product… accompanied by eye accessory (spectacles) to take away the focus from the hair.. and donned on my ‘modern twist on a traditional Indian Nehru style suit’.

Then straight out for a Diwali celebratory dinner at one of my favourite restaurants – Keralam – A Keralan/South Indian restaurant in Southend. The staff extremely courteous, and the food.. (Idli with Sambar, Masala Dosa, Avial, Thoran, Kaipanga) well, second to none! I am very picky when it comes to Indian restaurants in the UK and very few are in my list of favourites… and Keralam is in that list!

Thanks to those of you who are supporting me in this. I hope more of you can support my ‘Mo’ growth by donating (even if it is just £1 / $1 / Eur 1) to the Prostate Cancer charity via my Mo Space at
